Basundari is a private venue for corporate retreats and team offsites in Ubud, Bali. Your company takes the whole property: 11 rooms for up to 22 people, a 65m2 shala for your sessions, and an on-site team who run food, housekeeping and logistics while you run the agenda.

Planning a company retreat or team offsite?
Sessions run in the 65m2 yoga shala, which seats your whole team with a projector, sound and high-speed internet. Between sessions the venue becomes the recovery space: two pools, a sauna, an ice bath and quiet meditation spots in the gardens. Our chefs design the menu with you before arrival and cook every meal on site, covering vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and any allergy. Ubud center is 10 minutes away, and the jungle is nearer.

Example Program
Airport pickups are arranged for the whole group. Settle into your rooms, walk the grounds, then open with a Balinese welcome ritual led by a village priest before dinner from our chefs.
A guided morning meditation, then your closing session. In the afternoon a cacao ceremony with sound healing, a massage round, or a temple and rice-terrace tour. Farewell dinner from the chefs.
This is one shape of three days, not a package. Your agenda leads, and our team builds the program with you: more work, more recovery, or a different rhythm entirely.
A Sacred Balinese Welcome Ritual, led by a Pemangku (a Balinese priest), opens many stays here. A 90-minute cacao ceremony with sound healing makes a heart-opening closing circle. Balinese massages come to your room or a quiet garden spot, our chefs teach a hands-on cooking class that starts in a local market, and a guided day tour covers temples, rice terraces and waterfalls. We can also arrange yoga and meditation teachers for your mornings.
