Bookings
Once your dates are confirmed, securing your spot is simple. We require a 15% deposit, with a minimum of IDR 30,000,000, to lock in your dates. Check out our payment schedules below:
First Deposit: 15% of the total amount to secure your dates.
Second Deposit: 180 days before check-in, an additional 15% of the balance.
Third Deposit: 120 days before check-in, another 15% of the balance.
Fourth Deposit: 60 days before check-in, the remaining 55% balance.

There's no minimum number of participants required as we offer venue rental. Our space accommodates up to 22 individuals, with flexible room configurations to suit your needs. The more participants you have, the lower the price per person will be and the more profit you will earn.

For optimal planning and participant engagement, we advise booking retreats 9 to 12 months in advance. To accommodate varying schedules and preferences, we offer four flexible payment schedules.
In the event of a last-minute booking (less than eight months in advance), we require participants to be confirmed before proceeding. While we aim to accommodate all requests, we recommend considering later dates to ensure availability. Once the deposit is placed, dates are secured, and all payments become non-refundable.
